Manage and develop a pipeline of event and group sales leads, maintain sales database and rooming lists, coordinate with internal departments and vendors, handle contracts/payments, prepare event resumes and BEO meetings, track inventory, and support execution of events and catering.

Prepare and post daily sales, cash deposits, and invoices; manage petty cash and cash runs; perform accounts payable tasks, vendor reconciliations, and allocations; support general accounting inquiries and ad-hoc projects within F&B/hospitality operations.
