Teams at Tempur-Pedic

Sells Tempur-Pedic products while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the store’s brand standards. Assists the Store Manager with store performance, merchandising, company programs, problem resolution, sales-team leadership, training, and opening or closing duties. Requires flexibility for store hours, retail software proficiency, and the ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift items.

Provides consultative customer service and sells Tempur-Pedic products in a retail store. Supports store performance, merchandising, company programs, and sales-team problem solving. Acts as a management team member when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening and closing duties. May lead, direct, and train others while maintaining brand standards, store policies, and operational procedures.

Perform production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet daily goals: move materials, operate basic equipment (sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks), sort and supply materials, label and pack finished goods, perform quality inspections, maintain a clean work area, and work standing shifts with overtime and occasional Saturdays.
