Teams at Tempur-Pedic

Operate high-speed computerized sewing machine to sew flange, inner panel, and gusset materials; visually inspect fabric at speed; diagnose machine issues or call maintenance; stand entire shift; lift and load rolls up to 80 lbs; work flexible hours and in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Perform production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet daily goals: move materials, operate basic equipment (sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks), sort and supply materials, label and pack finished goods, perform quality inspections, maintain a clean work area, and work standing shifts with overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Provide exceptional customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products, assist store manager with operations, merchandising, and team leadership, cover management duties when needed, and maintain store performance and brand standards.
