Teams at Tempur-Pedic

Lead regional operations finance for US manufacturing: budget/forecasting, variance analysis, financial oversight of manufacturing initiatives, month-end consolidation, business cases, team management, controls compliance, cost-savings projects, and ad-hoc analyses. Requires presenting results and up to 50% travel.

Perform fast-paced production tasks including moving materials, operating equipment (sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks), labeling and packing finished goods, maintaining cleanliness, and performing quality inspections to meet daily production goals. Must meet physical requirements and collaborate with team to achieve schedules.

Provide exceptional customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products, assist store manager with operations, merchandising, and team leadership, cover management duties when needed, and maintain store performance and brand standards.
