Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure Databricks environments, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, security controls, deployments, migrations, incident response, and disaster recovery. The role partners with data, software, cloud, and engineering teams to maintain reliable platforms, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and document operational procedures.

Operate a 26-foot box truck on local multi-stop routes, load and deliver household appliances, and complete basic appliance installations. Safely use dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools; connect basic plumbing and electrical components; document deliveries using mobile devices; provide customer service; and perform vehicle inspections while following DOT and company safety requirements.

Lead multiple final-mile delivery and 3PL operations across a region, overseeing operational and financial performance. Develop General Managers, build high-performing teams, support succession planning and hiring, improve productivity and service, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic and continuous improvement initiatives across geographically dispersed locations.
