Manages business improvement initiatives across Telix, coordinating workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and governance. Conducts analysis and research, prepares dashboards and decision-support materials, facilitates cross-functional meetings, documents process changes, and supports operational improvements. The role requires independent execution, structured problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed pharmaceutical environment.

Coordinates end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, social, and events. Builds and deploys campaigns in marketing platforms, manages content and audience data, supports tracking and reporting, troubleshoots basic platform issues, and assists with event, webinar, lead capture, and nurture execution. The role also adapts basic creative assets while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

Provides transactional and operational logistics support for domestic and international radiopharmaceutical shipments. Prepares shipping, customs, and hazardous materials documentation; tracks shipments; coordinates with carriers, couriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and distribution partners; reconciles invoices; maintains records; monitors delays and exceptions; and escalates critical delivery issues. Coordinates schedules with manufacturing, packaging, and customer requirements while supporting audits and accurate, timely product delivery.
