Provide regional nursing leadership and interim Director of Nursing coverage across multiple sites. Support clinical staff through education, training, consultation, auditing, onboarding, and clinical care. Participate in structured on-call rotation and travel extensively (≈80% travel) to meet program needs and ensure nursing operational and clinical quality.
