Generate and qualify sales opportunities by researching automotive dealership accounts, managing inbound leads, executing cold-calling and outreach strategies, meeting appointment KPIs, presenting Tekion’s value proposition, and transferring qualified opportunities to field sales representatives. The role requires CRM tracking, territory planning, follow-up management, executive communication, and independent lead-generation performance.

The representative tracks outreach and appointment KPIs, develops territory plans, coordinates handoffs to field sales representatives, and independently manages follow-up activities. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, CRM proficiency, and quota-driven business development experience.

Serves as a strategic compensation advisor to People and business leaders. Manages complex compensation consultations, job evaluations, market pricing, merit and bonus cycles, equity programs, salary structures, job architecture, pay equity, compliance, forecasting, and compensation communications. Partners with Legal, People Operations, and leadership to support equitable, competitive, and scalable global compensation practices.
