Manage strategic relationships with TeamSnap’s largest sports organization customers. Responsibilities include driving retention, product adoption, renewals, upsells, and expansion through consultative account management; conducting product demonstrations; analyzing account and usage data; developing account plans; following up on marketing campaigns; and communicating customer feedback internally. The role manages complex B2B SaaS accounts and requires occasional travel.

Own TeamSnap’s advertising product roadmap, including native ad formats, placements, serving and targeting infrastructure, measurement, reporting, privacy, and user experience standards. Partner with Engineering, Design, Ad Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal to build sellable inventory, forecast advertising economics, manage campaign delivery, and scale monetization across the consumer mobile platform.

Build and scale backend APIs, services, event-driven workflows, queues, data models, caching, and integrations serving millions of users. Lead complex technical initiatives from discovery through production, improve reliability and performance, debug cross-system issues, and optimize databases and infrastructure interactions. Partner across Product, Design, Infrastructure, Platform, Data, and Support while mentoring engineers, influencing technical decisions, and raising engineering quality standards.

Design and deliver intuitive, consistent user experiences across web and mobile. Conduct user research, prototype solutions, partner with product and engineering, maintain the design system, and ensure brand consistency with measurable outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for millions of users. Collaborate with product and UX, implement automated testing, participate in on-call incident management, and mentor teammates while delivering complex distributed-system projects.

Lead integrated, account-based marketing programs for TeamSnap for Brands, managing field events, executive programs, email, webinars, and PR. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and agencies to drive pipeline, manage CRM/audience flows in Salesforce/HubSpot, and measure campaign performance.
