Establish content standards, reusable templates, prompts, quality-review procedures, versioning, and update governance. Interview stakeholders to translate operational knowledge into clear, structured learning and workflow materials. This is a remote, solo, fixed-scope contract requiring a candidate-proposed RFQ covering approach, timeline, hours, cost, assumptions, risks, and deliverables.

Clean and reconcile employee master data and historical leave records from multiple sources. Define standardized HR data structures, establish validation and access controls, and automate leave request, approval, and balance tracking workflows using Google Workspace or a suitable alternative. Document maintenance processes and support potential expansion across international branches. The contractor will independently manage the fixed-scope project, propose an RFQ, and provide timeline, hours, costs, assumptions, and deliverables.

Build and integrate conversational AI systems for outbound voice calls, chatbots, and call auditing. Design dynamic conversation flows, intent and objection handling, escalation logic, knowledge bases, transcription and speech-analysis pipelines, and QA scoring. Integrate transcripts, summaries, and outcomes with GoHighLevel or other CRMs, while supporting telephony portability, restricted data access, and future client deployment. The contractor owns end-to-end execution and submits a proposed scope, timeline, hours, and cost.
