Develop and coordinate mechanical/HVAC BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD, produce construction documentation and shop drawings, maintain organized BIM project files, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration and project workflows.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel, track action items, coordinate with teams and vendors, maintain KPI trackers and reports, and manage communications with discretion.

Lead financial planning, projections, and scenario analysis across multiple entities. Manage cost structures, profitability and break-even analysis, payroll and headcount forecasting. Drive cross-functional projects to implement financial processes and reporting, deliver executive-level insights, and recommend pricing and cost-saving strategies to support strategic growth and investment decisions.
