Own North American HR operations across the US and Canada, including benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, EOR and PEO management, HRIS administration, and employment law. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, engagement, culture, change management, and leadership coaching. Manage one People and Culture Advisor, oversee workplace vendors, and collaborate with global HR teams in a hybrid Los Angeles role.

Own integrated marketing campaigns from concept through post-campaign review. Develop creative briefs, project plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics; coordinate creative, production, sales, partnerships, agencies, and freelancers; manage stakeholder alignment and deliverables; apply audience insights; track campaign performance; and improve workflows and future campaigns. The role is onsite in Los Angeles at least three days per week.

Owns US accounting operations, including the general ledger, financial close, financial statements, accounts payable, payroll, inventory accounting, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, cash flow, tax compliance, and audit readiness. The role also improves accounting processes, supports budgeting and forecasting, and guides junior team members in a hands-on, onsite environment.
