Develop demand and supply plans, manage purchasing and replenishment, monitor backorders, coordinate shipments, and maintain product availability. The role interprets ERP data, forecasts, historical sales, bills of materials, and supplier information to support planning decisions. It also produces reports, maintains spreadsheets and automation tools, supports sourcing and product launches, and identifies process improvements related to inventory accuracy, reporting, and supply chain performance.

Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, manage People Operations processes and leave administration, maintain HR records and systems, ensure compliance, streamline workflows, support audits and reporting, and lead special projects to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
