Reengage and convert prospects who started but did not complete enrollment. Manage a pipeline, perform outreach via phone/email/SMS, handle objections, document activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Sales and Client Success, and meet outreach and revenue targets.

Handle warm inbound leads, run discovery calls, recommend tailored tax resolution programs, manage pipeline from first call to close, and meet or exceed sales targets using a consultative, empathetic approach.

Full-cycle recruiting support including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation. Manage candidate experience, conduct pre-screen interviews, host in-person interviews, maintain records in Greenhouse ATS, partner with hiring managers to move pipelines, and contribute to employer branding and job description creation.
