Supports Enrolled Agents with complex tax resolution cases by coordinating client documentation, communicating with IRS and state tax authorities, tracking deadlines, maintaining CRM records, and following up on urgent case requirements. The role manages multiple sensitive cases, explains documentation needs to clients, identifies incomplete information, and escalates developments requiring professional review. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position with occasional overtime.

Serves as the day-to-day People partner for employees and managers, handling employee relations, investigations, performance coaching, leave and accommodation administration, and workplace compliance. Builds dashboards, conducts exit interviews and engagement surveys, analyzes turnover, maintains policies, and delivers manager onboarding and training. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, employment-law knowledge, and strong coaching skills. It is fully on-site and offers a $75,000–$85,000 base salary plus a 5% quarterly bonus opportunity.

Processes and submits finance and loan applications, reviews and prioritizes files, audits documentation, assesses credit, submits loans for approval, maintains records, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role supports sales teams, clients, lenders, borrowers, and agents while resolving issues, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements. It is a full-time, 100% on-site position with hourly pay and performance bonuses.
