Coordinate and organize Offer in Compromise (OIC) case workflows for tax professionals: manage calendars, deadlines, case status, communications, process IRS notices, assist with document preparation, and perform regular case reviews to ensure timely resolution and efficient team coordination.

Manage client bookkeeping including reconciling bank and credit card statements, posting journal entries, preparing P&L and balance sheets, analyzing financials, advising clients on compliance, and producing accounting reports while meeting KPIs and maintaining client communication.
