Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of the agencys employee training and development program; oversee trainings, curricula, compliance, vendor management, training database, staffing, and funding strategies to make programs self-sustaining.

Oversee academic operations for TTCC: hire and manage faculty, develop and evaluate curriculum, ensure compliance with accreditation and state policies, improve student retention and success, manage student grievances and disciplinary actions, and support program planning, reporting, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The intern provides administrative and analytical support for training and educational activities, assists in research, and manages event logistics.
