Post-sale technical expert who resolves stalled adoption at enterprise accounts by configuring and documenting complex Tanium deployments, enabling end-users, providing onsite assistance, and delivering feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive value realization.

Provision, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, software, and infrastructure to support R&D. Troubleshoot networks, manage core services (DNS, DHCP, AD), automate tasks, document processes, follow change management, and collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams. Occasional short-notice travel for network troubleshooting.

Lead and manage a regional team of Solutions Engineers to drive technical sales, account and territory planning, hiring and coaching, technical enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. Own strategic pre-sales engagements, influence product direction, remove execution roadblocks, and ensure revenue, adoption, and expansion across the CT-timezone territory with 30–50% travel.
