Serves as the liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams. Gathers requirements, documents workflows, writes business and functional requirements, creates user stories, and supports Agile ceremonies, QA, UAT, releases, and deployments. The role analyzes APIs, integrations, data mapping, reporting, and workflow automation while communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Provides remote telephonic occupational health nursing through inbound triage calls. Assesses callers, applies clinical judgment, recommends appropriate care, consults providers, delivers education, and handles complaints. Requires a valid Compact RN license, at least five years of recent clinical nursing experience, and residency in a nursing compact state. Occupational health certification and telephonic nursing experience are preferred. Full-time evening shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.
