Designs and delivers instructor-led and eLearning courses for clinical and corporate staff, facilitates new clinician orientation, builds cohort programs (leadership, DEIB), manages LMS content, partners cross-functionally to support learning strategy and team development.

Lead clinician-facing marketing: develop employer brand and messaging, run paid and organic recruitment campaigns, manage agencies, conduct clinician research, partner cross-functionally, and track recruitment metrics to deliver qualified clinician hires.

Serve as ADP WFN system administrator, build reports, reconcile payroll to Finance, support audits, and partner with HR and Finance to improve payroll workflows and employee support.
