Teams at Taboola

Design, deploy, evaluate, and maintain recommendation, ranking, personalization, and predictive behavior models for Taboola’s advertising platform. Build ML evaluation harnesses, automated testing frameworks, benchmarks, and guardrails. Develop data pipelines and transformations using Kafka, SQL, HDFS, Hadoop, Spark, and distributed big-data systems while collaborating with product and technical teams.

Build and scale Java backend services, recommendation infrastructure, and data-processing pipelines for Taboola’s performance advertising platform. Design reliable microservices, search and event-driven systems handling billions of events and terabytes of data. Own services end to end, including production monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product and architecture teams, manage integration projects, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted development tools.

Coordinate onsite office operations for the Los Angeles office and support employee experience across multiple locations. Manage front-desk reception, office supplies, vendors, facilities, travel budgets and bookings, invoices, purchase orders, expense reconciliation, and commuter programs. Partner with Finance, building management, janitorial teams, and security personnel. Organize office events, catered lunches, celebrations, and employee initiatives while maintaining a welcoming, organized workplace.
