Leads strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects from design through construction, commissioning, and handover. Establishes governance, portfolio reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive communication processes. Acts as owner’s representative, coordinates contractors and technical teams, reviews design and construction documentation, manages site activities, and supports startup, turnover, and operational readiness. The role requires extensive capital project experience, strong project controls expertise, and frequent travel to client sites.

Oversee construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, documentation, contractors, technical submissions, safety compliance, site progress, commissioning, and facility handover. Act as the owner's representative while coordinating clients, engineering teams, general contractors, and specialty trades. The role also establishes document-control standards, audit-ready records, turnover strategies, and training procedures. Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%.

Provides coordination and administrative support for construction and maintenance projects, emphasizing health and safety compliance. Responsibilities include organizing pre-construction meetings, maintaining schedules and safety documentation, reviewing contractor safety plans, tracking hazards and corrective actions, compiling safety metrics, supporting incident investigations and inspections, coordinating stakeholders, and assisting with contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, onboarding, and project controls.
