Lead broker and key account management for U.S. regions, build relationships with Costco and distributors, manage product launches and promotions, analyze sales data, coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production), support forecasting and reporting, attend events and store visits, and drive revenue growth with up to 30% travel.

Perform in-process and final product inspections, collect production samples for testing, check CCPs, inspect incoming raw materials, assist with document control and pre-op procedures, report QA/food safety concerns, and perform other assigned QC duties on a 2:00pm–10:30pm onsite shift.

Manage broker networks and national retail accounts (especially Costco) for the West region. Drive product launches, promotions, and account relations; conduct store visits and attend events. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to improve products, analyze sales data, and produce forecasts and reports. Support VP of Sales and CEO on sales initiatives and resolve account operational issues.
