Lead identification, design, and implementation of automated cloud controls to replace manual processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, build controls using SDLC practices, test effectiveness, and remediate gaps. Use SQL/Python and GRC/CSPM/logging tools to support cloud security and compliance in a financial institution.

Lead release management and change governance for the Recovery platform (Debt Manager), driving monthly releases, end-to-end readiness, dependency coordination across Agile teams, QA/UAT sign-offs, cutover planning, stakeholder communications, backlog refinement, and continuous process improvements to ensure stable production outcomes.
