Design and lead partner integration solutions and onboarding, define API contracts and standards, drive reuse and automation, measure onboarding/operational metrics, influence agile teams, ensure production readiness and compliance, troubleshoot incidents, and support vendor integrations and modernization roadmaps.

Lead global identity architecture and migration from on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID. Drive hybrid identity design, Entra governance (PIM, access reviews, lifecycle workflows), secure app integrations, and Zero Trust access. Manage large cross-functional IAM programs, budgets, risk, and a team of identity engineers to ensure high availability and secure authentication.

Lead identification, design, and implementation of automated cloud controls to replace manual processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, build controls using SDLC practices, test effectiveness, and remediate gaps. Use SQL/Python and GRC/CSPM/logging tools to support cloud security and compliance in a financial institution.
