Develops and executes data-driven, omnichannel marketing plans for Audiology, Optometry, and Ophthalmology markets. Responsibilities include acquisition, activation, usage, retention, lifecycle marketing, brand management, partnership marketing, campaign optimization, budgeting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The role serves as an industry subject matter expert, presents plans and results to stakeholders, manages B2B and B2B2C initiatives, and drives growth through offers, promotions, and marketing technology.

Manage strategic relationships with large veterinary corporate accounts, equine organizations, universities, specialty hospitals, and other partners to increase CareCredit usage, enrollments, and profitability. Develop account strategies, coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and insurance teams, conduct training and presentations, influence C-suite decision-makers, and achieve performance goals. The role requires extensive travel of 50–75%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.

Lead and mentor iOS development teams to design, build, test, release, and support high-quality mobile applications. Drive architecture, code reviews, CI/CD adoption, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business and security standards.
