Coordinates multiple small-scale IT projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, governance submissions, stakeholder communication, resources, and project reporting. The role facilitates meetings, tracks financials, maintains project repositories, coordinates technical teams and vendors, and completes closure activities. It requires independent ownership of concurrent projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and onsite work three days per week in a hybrid environment.

Lead concurrent enterprise IT projects focused on cybersecurity and infrastructure maturity, including disaster recovery, business continuity exercises, vulnerability management, and technology RFPs. Manage project governance, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, compliance documentation, stakeholder alignment, and PMO reporting. Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, supply chain, executives, vendors, and organizational change management teams. The role requires on-site work in Calgary three days weekly.
