Organizes grassroots voter-contact efforts for Democratic campaigns by hosting canvasses, recruiting and supporting volunteers, leading trainings and phone banks, managing events, and maintaining organizing systems. The role requires regular evening and weekend availability, in-person relationship building, public speaking, volunteer follow-up, and travel throughout an assigned state.

Manage HR and financial operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring/onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance cycles, vendor and invoice management, budget tracking and forecasting, contractor onboarding, IT/cybersecurity support, and coordination of in-person meeting logistics. Maintain systems, documentation, and reporting to support leadership decision-making and strengthen team culture and operational processes.
