Provides day-to-day IT support and Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, access, MFA, onboarding, and offboarding. Lead end-to-end design and development of composite aircraft structures including CAD modeling, initial sizing, structural analysis, DFM, prototype and production support, and cross-functional coordination. Establish design standards, mentor junior engineers, and ensure manufacturability and compliance with aviation and DoD certification requirements.

Develop and extend real-time embedded software for aircraft avionics, autonomy, and ground-control systems. Integrate sensors, payloads, networking, and aircraft capabilities; build SIL/HIL test architectures; develop simulation models; and own software through hardware bring-up, integration, testing, and vehicle-level troubleshooting. Support composite aircraft fabrication, tooling, bonding, curing, trimming, finishing, inspection, material characterization, coupon testing, process trials, and data analysis. Investigate manufacturing issues, identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and create technical documentation such as work instructions, test reports, and process specifications. The intern will own a scoped project and present the results while working in laboratory and manufacturing environments.

Lead the design and development of major aircraft composite structures, including wings, fuselage sections, empennage, and bonded assemblies. Define structural architecture, laminate strategies, joints, load paths, tooling, and assembly approaches. Mentor structures engineers, collaborate with stress and manufacturing teams, and drive designs through PDR, CDR, first article, structural testing, and first flight. The role is hands-on, onsite in Oxnard, California, and requires experience with large-scale aircraft structures and full development cycles.

Lead IT operations and end-user support: administer Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune and Jamf; manage onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, software deployment, patching, asset inventory, escalated troubleshooting, and office IT. Improve processes, documentation, and scalability while supporting cloud and on-prem environments for a growing defense/aerospace startup.

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, investor and board reporting, financial modeling, and core finance operations. Partner with ops, engineering, and supply chain on cost, inventory, and decision-support. Establish KPIs, dashboards, controls, and collaborate on month-end close and fundraising support.

Build and operate the infrastructure supporting Legion, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes environments, observability, and deployments across cloud, on-premises, and customer environments. Improve developer tooling, support secure and compliant platform operations, and assist with deployments to customer and test sites. The role requires strong Linux, networking, scripting, containerization, and production infrastructure experience, with potential support for air-gapped and mission-critical systems.

Develop and optimize detection, tracking, and multi-sensor fusion algorithms (Kalman/particle filters, multi-target tracking) for resource-constrained UAVs. Train and deploy neural networks for ATR, design distributed swarm fusion, validate against flight data and simulation, and optimize models for real-time edge inference. Travel up to 25% for tests.

Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles across sites in Oxnard and Northwest Arkansas. Build talent pipelines through schools, trade programs, manufacturers, veterans, and community partners while supporting factory launches and production scaling. Recruiters may also support aircraft, supply chain, and operations hiring. The role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, high-growth hardware recruiting experience, and the ability to hire both hourly and leadership talent.

Own full-cycle recruiting for mission, defense business development, business operations, finance, real estate, and marketing roles. Lead senior and first-of-kind searches, advise hiring managers, build talent pipelines, recruit defense and national security professionals, and close high-impact candidates. The role requires strong market knowledge, executive search capability, and credibility across defense, government, and startup environments.

Own top-of-funnel sourcing for software engineering roles, including backend, frontend, autonomy, and forward-deployed positions. Within the first year, expand into sourcing aircraft talent across propulsion, structures, avionics, manufacturing, and production.
