Build and evolve Ithara, an agentic AI platform: design and maintain core components across frontend, backend, API, and data layers; ensure quality, monitoring, and CI/CD; drive adoption via documentation and blueprints; capture feedback to iterate; optimize platform metrics and enforce security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

The role involves partnering with technology leaders to develop new client relationships, secure agreements, and drive business growth through strategic account management and partnership cultivation.

Lead architecture, implementation, and operations of the cloud platform on Google Cloud. Improve platform patterns (networking, IAM, security, observability, automation), drive CI/CD and IaC standards, mentor engineers, manage incidents, and align infrastructure with product needs to enable reliable, scalable production workloads.
