Remote contract Epic Resolute Professional Billing analyst to design, build, configure, and support professional billing workflows. Lead fee schedule/pricing/charge review/PB Guardian configurations, support testing and go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and partner with revenue cycle leaders to standardize workflows across multi-site community health centers.

Configure and support Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Authorizations, and Real-Time Eligibility workflows. Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders for scheduling, registration, referral management, and insurance verification. Participate in design sessions, testing, training, go-live readiness, security access configuration, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple community health centers.

The Epic HIM Analyst will lead data conversion projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance in Epic enhancements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
