Generate residential solar leads through door-to-door canvassing, schedule in-home consultations for sales experts, track lead and appointment performance, attend team training, and educate homeowners about solar benefits. The role offers flexible scheduling, uncapped commissions, training, and career advancement. Candidates must be at least 18, self-motivated, willing to work evenings and weekends, and comfortable working outdoors and walking extensively in varied weather.

Lead and train a 3–6 person crew to safely install residential and small commercial solar and battery systems. Manage construction workflow, quality, documentation, customer relations, and productivity; perform service calls and act as supervisor when needed.
