Generate leads, conduct in-home sales presentations, qualify customers for solar and storage, manage pipeline from prospect to install, report outcomes in CRM, and meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Lead and train a crew of 3–6 on residential and small commercial solar installations, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, productivity, documentation, and occasional service calls. Acts as on-site supervisor, troubleshoots worker issues, enforces codes and OSHA standards, and coordinates with management.
