Leads all aspects of a senior living community, including care, sales, financial performance, compliance, occupancy growth, budgeting, staffing, resident experience, and team engagement. Manages P&L, develops leadership teams, builds relationships with residents, families, and referral sources, and ensures regulatory, safety, and quality standards are met.

Leads community HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS administration, workers’ compensation, engagement, training, budgeting, and labor management. Partners with executive and department leaders to improve retention, accountability, regulatory compliance, and team member experience.

Develops and delivers personalized enrichment activities for seniors with memory loss. Responsibilities include creating Life Skills programs, leading small groups and clubs, tailoring activities to resident interests and cognitive abilities, documenting participation, maintaining supplies, coordinating team and volunteer support, and assisting residents with program transitions. The role promotes purpose, connection, dignity, and meaningful daily routines in a memory-care setting.
