Leads assisted living care operations, including caregiving team recruitment, staffing, scheduling, performance management, resident-centered care, care planning, regulatory compliance, family communication, and collaboration with clinical, activities, and dining teams. Supports budgeting, labor management, quality standards, and operational efficiency while ensuring resident needs and changes in condition are appropriately addressed.

Supervise the memory care reminiscence team, support staffing and scheduling, provide direct resident care, lead dementia-focused Life Skills programming, monitor resident condition changes, engage families, maintain care documentation, and promote safety, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered practices.

Oversee resident health assessments, medication programs, care coordination, infection control, regulatory compliance, clinical training, incident monitoring, and quality improvement in a senior living setting.

Leads a memory care neighborhood for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, care and safety compliance, dementia-appropriate activities, family support, staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, budgeting, and quality monitoring. The coordinator partners with clinical leadership to meet individualized care needs and champions resident-centered programming.
