The Human Resources Manager leads community HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, compliance, personnel records, workers’ compensation, training, engagement, budgeting, and labor management. The role partners with community leadership to improve retention, accountability, regulatory compliance, and team member experience.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to regional leadership, aligning workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational design, and engagement initiatives with business objectives. Analyzes workforce data, coaches HR teams and leaders, leads training and performance management, advises on employee relations and compliance, supports workforce transitions, and drives DEIB and cultural transformation across multi-site communities.

Supports senior living sales and marketing by managing prospect records, following up with leads, tracking sales goals, preparing move-in paperwork, coordinating resident assessments, facilitating agreements, ensuring suite readiness, welcoming new residents, and supporting community events. Maintains communication with prospects and families throughout the decision and move-in process.
