Own the foundational qualitative research agenda for Suno’s mobile music-creation experience. Conduct ethnographic, diary, longitudinal, in-home, in-field, and concept studies with creators across ages, including children. Partner with product, design, engineering, data science, and growth teams to influence strategy, product decisions, acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Translate insights into durable frameworks, mentor researchers, and uphold strong participant-care, consent, assent, and research ethics practices.

Serve as the end-to-end People Partner for an assigned function, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching. Lead investigations and high-stakes performance cases, adapt company-wide People programs, analyze workforce data, and mentor People Partners. The role requires strong U.S. and California employment law knowledge, independent judgment, and experience in high-growth technology environments.

Own Songkick engineering across backend, mobile, data pipelines, APIs, and notifications. Lead its technical integration with Suno, architect systems that aggregate and normalize touring data, evaluate and modernize a large codebase, and influence engineering roadmaps and practices. The role requires hands-on software development, strong API and architecture skills, collaboration with mobile and product teams, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
