Provide phone and email client support for Treasury Management products, resolve issues, fulfill service requests, coach and supervise client support staff, ensure SLAs/KPIs and compliance with bank policy and NACHA rules, train clients and employees, assist with system testing and migrations, and act as an escalation point for complex client issues.

Sell and support treasury management products to commercial clients: market and demonstrate solutions, prepare pricing and pro-forma analyses, respond to RFPs and craft proposals, collaborate with relationship managers, prepare contracts/documentation, identify and convert sales opportunities, and ensure compliance and risk management.

Co-manage and expand high-net-worth client relationships, provide investment strategy, asset allocation, and financial planning; handle account setup, portfolio rebalancing, client meetings, CRM documentation, and collaborate with trust and trading teams to deliver wealth solutions.
