Teams at Sundance Institute

Manages and grows corporate partnerships supporting Sundance Film Festival and Institute programs. Responsibilities include managing a $2.5M partner portfolio, renewing and negotiating contracts, developing new business, overseeing activations, forecasting revenue, meeting sales goals, and building relationships with corporate sponsors. The role is hybrid in the Los Angeles area, with occasional travel and extended hours during key events.

Coordinates transportation logistics for the Sundance Film Festival, including rental and sponsor vehicles, reservations, vehicle allocation, parking passes, inventory, insurance documentation, accident procedures, supplies, databases, keys, gas cards, and related tracking systems. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, supports transportation management, handles onsite and remote operational needs, and completes a post-festival wrap report. The temporary role requires full-time onsite hybrid work, extended hours, and some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Leads enterprise software development, platform integrations, custom scripts, and cloud architecture. Manages the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment, collaborates with stakeholders, mentors engineers, and directly contributes to frontend, backend, and cloud solutions. Oversees third-party enterprise tools, databases, APIs, serverless systems, QA coordination, technical processes, and cross-departmental engineering initiatives.
