Leads PMO operations across pharmaceutical development programs, including governance readiness, portfolio reporting, planning, forecasting, financial and resource management, timeline oversight, risk mitigation, onboarding, and process improvement. Partners with R&D Program Leads, Global Development Teams, Finance, and senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights, improve data quality, manage dependencies, and support portfolio decision-making. This individual contributor role administers PMO tools and leads cross-functional operational initiatives.

Leads IT strategy execution, portfolio governance, PMO and program delivery, financial planning, procurement coordination, vendor oversight, executive reporting, and enterprise transformation. Translates business priorities into technology roadmaps, investment plans, operating models, and measurable outcomes. Advises the VP of IT, manages cross-functional barriers, strengthens governance and accountability, optimizes technology spending, and leads multidisciplinary teams across strategy, delivery, finance, procurement, and vendor management.

Manages a pharmaceutical sales territory, builds relationships with healthcare providers, achieves sales and market-share objectives, analyzes market and competitor trends, and develops compliant sales strategies. Requires clinical and healthcare landscape expertise, strong sales performance, urology experience, pharmaceutical launch experience, and knowledge of formulary positioning. The role is field-based, requires 60–80% travel, occasional overnight stays, driving, and handling samples and materials.
