Directs institution-wide financial aid and student finance operations across campuses. Oversees awarding and disbursement, Title IV and regulatory compliance, policies, controls, reporting, staffing, training, and customer service. Leads Financial Aid Advisors, establishes student finance objectives, resolves aid issues, and ensures accurate, timely delivery of programs while supporting student retention and institutional goals.

Manages campus career services by advising students and graduates on job searches, resumes, interviews, networking, and employment preparation. Develops employer and externship-site relationships, generates job leads, supports placement goals, verifies employment, tracks extern attendance, maintains records, and conducts career workshops. The role also coordinates with faculty, participates in campus events, and helps connect graduates with education-related employment.

Provides career advising and employment assistance to students and graduates, including resume preparation, interview coaching, job leads, and job-search support. Develops relationships with employers and externship sites, generates placement opportunities, tracks employment outcomes, verifies placements, maintains records, and supports students throughout externships and career preparation.
