The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will support government customers by leading technical sales, creating tailored solutions, collaborating across teams, and maintaining expert-level product knowledge. Responsibilities include technical discovery, proposal documentation, and customer engagement.

The Solutions Engineer will partner with clients to align technical solutions with their goals, drive the technical sales process, and create tailored solutions for nonprofit and corporate customers.

Provide empathetic, real-time technical support via calls, chat, and email; troubleshoot platform issues, maintain help resources, escalate bugs and enhancement requests to Product, and partner with Customer Success to maximize user outcomes.
