Develops and strengthens the retailer network across the CAL Zone by selecting new dealers, upgrading underperforming retailers, supporting facility improvements, and launching new retailers. Reviews retailer financial performance, creates improvement plans, tracks commitments, ensures agreement compliance, and coordinates with regional, district, marketing, construction, and legal teams. Requires extensive retailer engagement, negotiation, leadership, financial analysis, and 70% travel throughout the zone.

Leads enterprise AI and intelligent automation strategy, including Generative AI, machine learning, and RPA initiatives. Manages a multidisciplinary IT team, budgets, vendors, governance, project portfolios, and end-to-end solution delivery. Partners with business and technology leaders to identify automation opportunities, develop business cases, ensure compliance and security, and deliver scalable solutions with measurable business value. The role is hybrid in Camden, New Jersey, with 15% domestic and international travel.

One-year internship program for junior and senior students pursuing a master's degree or current master's students. Interns complete meaningful projects related to their majors, collaborate with professionals, develop career skills, and work part-time during the academic year and full-time during summer.
