Lead and oversee multiple education construction programs, managing teams, budgets, schedules, funding strategies, grants, closeouts, stakeholder communications, contract negotiations, and program improvements to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

The Project Controls Specialist manages project controls functions, including scheduling, cost control, and reporting for infrastructure projects, collaborating with Project Managers and a team.

Lead multidisciplinary building design projects from initiation through completion, ensuring coordinated, constructible deliverables, compliance with codes and client standards, budget/schedule control, stakeholder coordination, and mentorship of junior staff. Support proposals, business development, and client relationship management while overseeing QA/QC and project financial performance.
