Leads digital strategy and transformation advisory services for clients, including governance, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, business cases, organizational design, and delivery models. Builds and manages diverse teams, develops client relationships, leads market pursuits, identifies new opportunities, and oversees contract administration. Establishes design technology standards and workflows while advising management and exercising independent judgment across significant projects.

Leads technical design delivery for BRT, complete streets, roadway, traffic, transit, bicycle, pedestrian, signal, and multimodal corridor projects. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, schedules, budgets, deliverables, client communication, agency reviews, quality control, and constructability. Prepares design plans, technical memoranda, quantities, cost estimates, comment responses, and submittal packages while mentoring junior staff and supporting scopes, fees, staffing plans, and project management.

The Project Controls Specialist manages project controls functions, including scheduling, cost control, and reporting for infrastructure projects, collaborating with Project Managers and a team.
