The role requires expert frontend, backend, database, cloud, infrastructure, and React Native experience, plus 5+ years of experience and startup or founding-engineer background.

Own end-to-end instructional design for enterprise customer courses, using AI to create and refine learning content. Manage source-material intake, assessments, curricula, rubrics, certificates, expert reviews, launches, and post-launch performance improvements. Train customer subject matter experts, ensure instructional and compliance quality, manage multiple launch dates, and improve AI-enabled course production methods across Customer Success and customers.

Conduct applied AI research for education by reading papers, reproducing methods, training and evaluating models, building datasets and benchmarks, analyzing educational data, and developing research prototypes. Owns paid acquisition, creator and content marketing, marketing budgets, AI-driven workflows, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data. Builds scalable systems, hires and develops a multidisciplinary team, drives Gen Z-focused campaigns, and delivers growth insights to executives.

Own onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term success for university and enterprise accounts. Serve as the primary partner contact, deliver training and strategic reviews, track usage and learning outcomes, present data-driven insights, collaborate with sales and product teams, advocate for customer needs, and drive renewals and expansions.

Own the end-to-end infrastructure and platform, including GCP, Kubernetes, networking, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, databases, security, observability, and reliability. Build GPU infrastructure in a colocation facility, operate model-serving platforms, manage hybrid cloud and bare-metal environments, and lead incident response. Establish deployment and security standards while helping grow the infrastructure team.

Provide hands-on IT support across onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, hardware setup, access requests, compliance tracking, SaaS administration, vendor inventory, and daily troubleshooting. Owns end-to-end security posture, compliance controls, DevOps automation, reliability, incident response, and infrastructure operations. Responsibilities include IAM, secrets, network security, SOC 2 audit readiness, CI/CD, Kubernetes and cloud security, monitoring, and securing GPU infrastructure across cloud and colocation environments. The role requires production systems experience, strong automation skills, operational judgment, and the ability to improve security without slowing engineering delivery.
