Leads downstream marketing strategy and execution for a neurovascular portfolio, including brand positioning, campaigns, portfolio roadmaps, customer engagement, KOL development, product lifecycle management, forecasting, education programs, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages marketing personnel and partners with sales, supply chain, global marketing, customers, and clinical stakeholders to drive growth, market share, profitability, and brand performance.

Leads environmental health and safety strategy, compliance, risk reduction, emergency response, incident investigations, security oversight, budgeting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Manages the EHS team, develops performance culture, partners with plant and business leadership, coordinates stakeholders, supports capital projects, and ensures regulatory compliance and effective site security.

Leads global standards and regulations compliance for medical devices and quality systems. Monitors regulatory changes, interprets requirements, performs impact assessments and standards gap analyses, and develops compliance action plans. Provides technical guidance to product development, sustaining engineering, and quality teams; supports documentation, audits, and regulatory conformity reviews. The role requires expertise in medical device regulations, design controls, risk management, and quality management systems.
