Serves as strategic legal counsel to Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular division. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages complex commercial agreements; provides practical guidance on high-impact legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational matters; advises sales, finance, operations, and senior leaders; reviews marketing materials; and supports business transformation, integrations, and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, business judgment, and experience in regulated healthcare, medical device, or life sciences environments.

Develops and improves medical device manufacturing processes, supports product transfers and manufacturing readiness, designs tooling and equipment solutions, and performs process optimization using DOE and data analysis. The role creates technical and validation documentation, troubleshoots production issues, supports new product introductions, trains manufacturing personnel, and collaborates with engineering, quality, and operations teams in a regulated environment.

Supports product marketing and market development for Stryker’s pulmonary embolism and DVT medical device businesses. Responsibilities include coordinating trade shows and medical education programs, developing clinical and product messaging, creating sales enablement materials, gathering customer and sales insights, tracking marketing initiatives, and collaborating with marketing, sales, product management, clinical teams, and external partners. The role is onsite in Irvine, California, with travel of approximately 30–50%.
