Teams at Stripe

Leads financial crimes controls and compliance governance for Stripe entities, including Bridge and Privy controls, policy development, financial crimes risk assessments, issue management, and audit readiness. Translates AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and Travel Rule requirements into practical controls and processes. Partners cross-functionally to improve the control environment and identifies responsible AI and automation opportunities while maintaining human oversight, data protection, accountability, and auditability.

Manage and align risk policies, workflows, and due diligence with financial partners. Evaluate merchants, identify trends, use data to drive process improvements, and build scalable operational controls and reporting to mitigate partner and regulatory risk.

Lead strategy and operations for Stripe Infrastructure by shaping strategic vision, operating plans, capacity investments, efficiency initiatives, financial analyses, and cross-functional programs. Build models and dashboards using infrastructure performance and cost metrics, translate trends into actionable requirements, facilitate planning and governance forums, and establish processes that improve scalability, reliability, and resource optimization. Partner closely with engineering leadership and the Office of the CPTO while influencing teams across product, finance, data, and go-to-market functions.
