Seeking experienced contractors with expertise in Ellucian Colleague for functional and technical support in higher education projects. Responsibilities include implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Lead ERP/SIS implementations for higher education clients: plan projects, manage budgets and resources, track progress, advise on change management, escalate risks, report to executives, and travel to campuses as needed.

Lead large-scale Ellucian ERP (Banner/Colleague) on-premise to SaaS transformations across multiple workstreams. Establish program governance, manage budgets and risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, report to executive sponsors, set KPIs, and coach project managers to ensure successful delivery, benefits realization, and stakeholder alignment.
