Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, collectability, and recovery potential; prepare demand packages; negotiate settlements; track legal deadlines; coordinate arbitration, litigation, counsel, experts, and vendors; maintain accurate claims documentation, forecasts, payments, and reconciliations.

Manage uninsured and contractual recovery claims from review through resolution. Investigate documents and liability, contact responsible parties, negotiate settlements and payment plans, monitor payments, maintain accurate records, and refer complex files to management, collection, or legal partners. Collaborate with claims and rental operations teams while meeting recovery, service, quality, and productivity goals.

Leads Strala’s subrogation and recovery function, overseeing strategy, financial performance, investigations, negotiations, arbitration, litigation, collections, quality controls, and operational execution. Builds and develops teams, manages vendors and outside counsel, communicates with clients and carriers, and partners with Claims, Legal, Finance, Account Management, and Engineering. The role focuses on increasing recoveries, reducing cycle times and leakage, improving workflows and reporting, and implementing automation and analytics.
