Teams at STR

Leads strategic sourcing, category strategy, supplier relationship management, negotiations, risk mitigation, and procurement process improvement for defense and government programs. The role manages sourcing events, supplier performance, compliance, internal stakeholder partnerships, and supply chain teams while applying FAR, DFARS, ERP, contract management, and AI-enabled tools. Requires substantial federal contracting experience, supervisory leadership, and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
