Source and recruit specialized technical talent across engineering, data, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and product functions. Manage sourcing, screening, pipelines, stakeholder coordination, interviews, offers, and closing while advising on market conditions, compensation, timelines, and search strategy. Maintain strong candidate experiences, accurate applicant tracking records, and proactive pipeline reporting. The role is a remote, temporary contract requiring independent management of multiple searches and use of modern recruiting automation and AI-assisted tools.

Lead Storage Sales Operations strategy and execution, establishing forecasting, pipeline, bookings, KPI, reporting, and governance processes. Build dashboards and data foundations across Salesforce, Tableau, Gong, and related tools; partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing Operations, BI, and executives to improve forecast accuracy, revenue visibility, and operational discipline. Manage transformation priorities, automation and AI opportunities, stakeholder trade-offs, and team development in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Owns large-scale payments platform migration execution, including cohort planning, client communications, cutover coordination, exception account transitions, risk reporting, and cross-functional delivery. Leads commercial pricing operations, rate communications, escalation management, and merchant account practices. Manages and develops Merchant Services Executives while using AI-assisted analytics and workflow improvements to strengthen prioritization, reporting, risk visibility, and team productivity.
