Leads the Growth Algorithms data science team, setting strategy for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. Oversees experimentation, causal inference, predictive modeling, personalization, CRM, paid media, and lifecycle initiatives. Partners across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Analytics to prioritize high-impact work, improve decision-making, guide production-quality systems, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists.

Prepares SEC filings, financial statements, footnotes, and reporting schedules; manages equity accounting and stock-based compensation under ASC 718; researches U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance; supports audits and SOX compliance; and improves accounting workflows using Excel, Workiva, Oracle, Google Workspace, AI, and automation tools.

Design, deploy, and manage machine learning models supporting client acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Develop Next Best Action, CRM, paid media, and personalization solutions using LLMs and traditional ML. Design and interpret experiments, analyze large-scale datasets, communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on product and infrastructure roadmaps.
