Lead retention marketing to drive repeat revenue and customer lifetime value across email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, affiliates and loyalty. Own retention strategy, budget allocation, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and reporting. Optimize lifecycle flows, reactivation and frequency, evaluate incrementality, and partner cross-functionally. Manage and develop direct reports and coordinate with agencies and creative teams to deliver personalized, performance-driven retention programs.

Lead and evolve Stios visual identity across campaigns, packaging, retail, and events. Concept and pitch seasonal campaigns, art direct on-location photo/video shoots, develop storyboards, manage designers and external partners, and ensure consistent brand expression across channels.

Manage the creative team's project pipeline, workflows, and DAM. Own Asana architecture, intake, capacity planning, vendor relationships, and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, channel-ready creative assets.
