Conduct credit investigations and analyze credit information for loans; verify and update credit data for mortgage underwriting; provide credit references to clients and loan officers; support production team with credit report supplements; follow established procedures, solve straightforward problems, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders under direct supervision.

Manages IT business solutions teams supporting network infrastructure, databases, devices, hardware, software, and enterprise services. Provides leadership to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors; implements departmental strategies; oversees team performance, service quality, and operational objectives; addresses resource challenges; and resolves technical and operational issues affecting the broader department.

Provide escrow services for residential and related transactions, support escrow officers with administrative tasks, ensure proactive communication with internal and external customers, solve atypical problems, and act as a resource for less experienced team members while working with limited supervision.
