Develops architectural plans, elevations, sections, renderings, models, and construction documents across all design phases. Translates sketches into Revit designs, develops details, researches materials, prepares presentation and meeting materials, maintains project files, coordinates with consultants, supports client communication, resolves technical and design issues, and meets project deadlines.

Lead architectural design and technical development from concept through construction completion. Prepare construction documents, coordinate building systems and consultants, manage project documentation, conduct site observations, oversee close-out activities, and support client relationships. Lead small teams, contribute to proposals, staffing, fee estimating, scheduling, quality control, code compliance, and risk management. The role requires strong construction knowledge, communication skills, and professional representation of the firm.
