Provide remote urgent-care telehealth services, supervise at least five nurse practitioners (quarterly chart reviews, virtual meetings), conduct synchronous and asynchronous patient evaluations, treat common urgent conditions, and maintain patient-centered, evidence-based care. Must be licensed in multiple states and available at least 10 hours/week.

Provide virtual patient care (urgent care, primary care, weight management, functional medicine, remote monitoring) via video, phone, and asynchronous messages. Maintain compassionate, evidence-based care, participate in credentialing supervision, work autonomously for a minimum of 10 flexible hours/week, and use telemedicine technology platforms to serve diverse patient populations.

Provide fully remote virtual patient care (primarily video visits) across programs including weight loss, urgent care, primary care and remote monitoring. Conduct evaluations via video, phone, and asynchronous messaging, maintain patient-centered evidence-based care, participate in credentialing supervision, and work a minimum of 10 flexible hours weekly.
