Leads enterprise-wide Middle Office transformation for major asset managers, defining the target operating model, business capability roadmap, service strategy, investment portfolio, governance, and measurable outcomes. Partners with operations, product, risk, finance, technology, and clients to improve transaction processing, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and exception management. Also develops AI and data strategies, including use-case prioritization, reference architecture, governance, and production adoption. Advises senior stakeholders and drives initiatives from strategy through implementation, organizational adoption, and benefits realization.
