Leads modernization of legacy configuration management, build, release, and deployment processes. Migrates PVCS and ANT workflows to GitHub, CI/CD, Artifactory, and DevSecOps frameworks; develops automation with Python, Shell, and PowerShell; analyzes legacy applications; implements artifact-driven promotion and deployment standards; supports React and container-ready architectures; and collaborates across development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams. Troubleshoots production issues and improves testing, security scanning, governance, and software delivery practices.

Leads design, development, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical IBOR applications using COBOL and Java. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, performs analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborates with architects, analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams; supports Agile delivery and production operations; reviews code and designs; mentors junior developers; and contributes to modernization roadmaps.

Gather and document business requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and liaise between stakeholders and technology teams. Develop and execute test plans, integration tests, regression tests, and support UAT. Validate solutions against requirements, resolve issues with developers, assist with release planning and post-deployment validation, and maintain project and testing documentation across concurrent technology initiatives.
